2     cups    graham cracker crumbs (GF!)
1/2   cup     sifted confectioner's sugar
6     tblsp   melted butter 

Cheesy filling (oouuunnhhhhh ... rich cheesy filling)
2     eggs
750   g       cream cheese
1/2   cup     sugar
1     tsp     vanilla
1/2   tsp     salt

1 1/2 cups    sour cream
2     tblsp   vanilla
1/8   tsp     salt

Prepare the crust and bake at 175&dnbsp;°C
for 10 minutes (or chill very well)

Let the cheese soften to room temperature then 
smush it up. Beat the eggs and add them in. 
Add the other filling ingredients.
Pour this into the crust and bake for 20 minutes
at 190&dnbsp;°C.
Chill this for 6-12 hours.

Blend together the ingredients for the topping and 
pour the whole mess onto the cake. Smooth it out 
nicely and then bake at 220&dnbsp;°C for five 
minutes to glaze it. 

Perhaps you should add a dash of cinnamon to make 
it perfect.

Eat with gusto!
