Mr Tom Fletcher BC (funny) finds it amusing to make a stupid joke about climate and weather and winter yet again. If ever there was an utterance that demonstrated a perfect lack of knowledge conflated misguided political activism this is it.

It's also important to point out that linking to a particular lack-of-science site as he does in the tweet further demonstrates 1) profound ignorance of climate science, 2) interest in political or ideological activism in spite of basic facts, 2) a sense of humour that is perhaps charitably termed, grandfatherly.
