This is not a gluten-free recipe but there are some one-to-one GF flour substitutes available that may work well enough.
500 g butter (1 brick) 3/2 cups icing sugar (confectioners sugar) 4 cups flour 1) slowly cream butter while adding the sugar 2) slowly blend in the flour 3) form the dough into cookies by rolling them into balls between the palms of your hands. 4) flatten them on the pan with your hand or a fork 5) we love to poke a small hole in the cookie and put a blob of jam in the hole before you bake them 6) bake in a cool oven (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes.Back to recipe index
